Prepared within the scope of Monitoring and Enhancing Enabling Environment for Civil Society Project financed by the European Union, Monitoring Matrix on Enabling Environment for Civil Society 2018 Turkey Report is published. Prepared with the criterion set under the Monitoring Matrix Methodology, the report presents the state of civil society in terms of Basic Legal Guarantees of Freedoms, CSO Financial Viability and Sustainability, and Government-CSO Relationship. Within the research, to include the observations and suggestions of representatives from more CSOs on these issues, an online survey was conducted, and the findings is compiled in a separate report to complement the Monitoring Matrix 2018 Turkey Report.
