The second meeting of the working group of lawyers, formed as a part of the activities TUSEV carries out under Monitoring and Enhancing the Enabling Environment for Civil Society Project financed by the European Union, was held on 1 November 2019. In the meeting which was organized within the framework of the project that aims to contribute to the enhancement of an enabling legal and fiscal environment for civil society and to increase civil society organizations’ (CSO) participation in policy and decision-making, the lawyers who have expertise on freedom of association, shared knowledge and experience on legislation regarding CSOs in Turkey.
